Apologies for my bad English...

Guys i need your comments on my situation: My dad owns a green card (he is already retired), but he has been lived in Mexico all his working life, he used to work in USA while living in Mexico, (he is currently living in Mexico too) I'm 36 with 2 children and fiance (not married), my question is Do I and my kids are elegible to get the green card?

Assuming that your father has not abandoned his US residency since he's been outside the US for so long, then yes as a green card holder he can petitioner you as unmarried son of a permanent resident (and your children can accompany you as riders). It would even be faster if your father would become a citizen, but either way the sooner he files the petition the sooner you begin the process.

I had lots of questions about getting my green card and i went to a great site and got all my questions answered about immigration and more!!They walked me through the whole family petition process. I hope that this information helps you as much as it did me
