GC through spouse Citizenship while pending i485 through employer

Hi,
i would like to sponsor my wife's GC as i recently got my citizenship but my wife already had i140 approved through employer and pending approval for i485.

can experts please comment on how do i approach this situation to sponsor by wife.

Do i need to file i485 again, or what are my options.
