Need help in this FB immigration situation..

Let me present the situation of my cousin. His Parents are US Citizen and he is ummarried over 21years in India and his dad filed immigration petition under FB1 (US Citizen filing for their unmarried son and daughter) category. His Priority date is Aug 2003.

Now my question is if he gets married in India what would be the case with the immigration petition. I know that he will be moved to FB3 (US citizen filing for there married son/daughter) category But can he reclaim the priority date of Aug 2003 under a new FB3 category of family based immigration.
