  • Form G325-A addresses question

    Hi,
Iam filing green card for my mom and need help filling out the following question on G325-A

1.Applican't residence last five years.List present Address first

She has been coming to U.S every year and has been staying here for six months every year.So..Should I just give her primary residence address which is in India or should I write both India address and my U.s address here with the associated stay periods at the respective addresses.

    Thanks...

I guess you should mention both India and US address.

In relation to this question, I understand that my husband and I both have to fill up this form in filing for I 130. This form asks for “Applicants” residence for the last five years. Who does it refer to? Applicant for the petition or applicant for the VISA? I am confused as to whether whose residence for the last five years is required here, that of my husband or my own? Does it refer to the same person in both forms we are going to fill up?

One is for you--so, your addresses the last five years
One is for your husband--so, his addresses the last five years

          present address

The present address determines where your mom will be called for the biometrics and interview. It is also the address where all the letters/invitations from USCIS will come.
You must decide the city/country where your mom will go for interview.
