I am using a joint sponsor, who is self employed.
He is submiting:
His I-864,
His 2008 tax return, with all 2008 tax related forms,
His proof of US citizenship.
1. Does he have to submit ANYTHING ELSE?? Some kind of PROOF OF SELF EMPLOYMENT maybe (what form would that be)?
2. Is it OK if I am not employed if I am the petitioner sponsor (sponsoring my father) as long as I have a joint sponsor who is employed?!
