Urgent Need Help Regd I-864

Hello friends
I need ur valuable advise for my Immigrant Visa Interview.

I got married to an US citizen. Me and my spouse both are unemployed.

My spouse filed an I-130 petition for me at USCIS, New Delhi and got approved and we sent DS 230 part 1 & DS 2001 to Chennai Consulate and got an appointment for visa interview.

As we both are unemployed, can her father, who is citizen of USA & meets Federal Income, fill and sign I-864.
Her father is ready to sign Affidavit of support.
Does he need to sign on I-864 or I-864A.

My Visa interview is on July 14 2009.

Kindly Help me in preparing I-864 form.

My question here is.. Who needs to sign on I-864 and is there any need for I-864A. My spouse or Her Father..

These forms are really confusing.
Kindly help me..

Yes, father can help with the financing.

No matter who has money, sponsor (spouse) has to sign I-864.

I-864 should be filled and signed by the petitioner(your Spouse) and
Another I-864 signed by sponsor (Her Father)
I-864A by the sponsor's spouse.
