Hi,
I recently filed I-824 application (April 2009) for my wife who is in India to join me in the US. My Green Card got approved in March 2009 under EB-2 category.
The processing times for I-824 says that they are currently looking at receipt dates of November 2008.
My wife also has a B-1 Visa issued in 2006, before our marriage. My question is that is it okay for her visit her sister and brother-in-law in the US? They live in a different State. I am worried that if she does, she might get in trouble with 'intent' and risk her I-824 application.
I will really appreciate a response.
