Hai All,
My friend got US citizenship last month......she wants to apply greencard for her own brother who lives in India......he is unmarried ......so her question is :
Is it safe to apply for greencard before his marriage or wait until he is married? She got this doubt b'cos one of her friends said that it is not possible to bring his wife to US if he is married after getting greencard........is this true?
