  • last questions before sending!

hello there...I might be a little long and boring here but i though that raising all my questions in one topic would have been better...even though i apologize if my questions are stupid (I'm just really worried about sending so i rather make it perfect and feel good about it lol)

    - I-130 question n22
"your relative is in the us and will apply for adjustement of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the uscis office:"
Should i write down the office the closest from my home (i live in nj) or should i write down the one where i gonna send the forms to? (which would be chicago)

    - I-130 must be filed to a uscis service center
Do they mean i have to go there to fill it and i can not just do it by myselve?

    - G 325 A
This form is submitted in connexion with an application for...
What should my husband (the us citizen) write down??

    - Did somebody hear about form FC 029 copy certification?

    - G 325A
Should i fill one for the I 130 + another one for the I 485?

    - Should i leave blank my middle name is i don't have any or write NONE (i'm kinda scared they would think my middle name is none, even though that would be dumb, but well lol)

    - Do i write name my new last name, even if i got married few days ago? what if i decide to keep bith my own last name and add my new husband one?

    - Everytime they ask for a prove i filed the I 485 ( for example on the I 765), what should i do if i file everything in the same time?

    - everything (I 130 pack + I 485) should be mailed at chicago (i live in nj)?

    - Do i have to write down "by hand" bona fides (for example letters from family, etc) or the advance parole explanation, or can i just type in on a computer and print it?

Wow , i think that's it...well if somebody has the courage and the kindness to answer me, I 'd like to thank these persons in advance. THANK YOU SO MUCH

      1. AOS, you should write the place near where you live and not chicago.
      2. you dont have to go to the uscis office to fill it out. they want you to send the form to uscis and not to other places like NVC.
      3. if you are not comfortable with NONE write N/A.
      4. you dont have to write the documents by hand. you can type and get signatures.

for other questions, especially for your new name, I think you should call USCIS.
