hello gurus,
i just became a citizen and i need to apply my husband for his green card who is here in US and working on H1B, would please advice us what other documents we have send along with the I-130,485 and 765 like as birth certificate and marriage certificate photo graphs and any other documents? do we need to get the medical exam done for the I-485 even when filing under family based GC? .
i also need to apply for my mother who is in India what forms should i submit for her??
