Family based gc-wife in us-indian-working in dubai

Dear All

I am starting a new thread for another kind of case. I welcome everybody to join with me with similar case.

My wife is working in US with GC and will become citizen by 2010 March. Then she will apply for my IR1 visa.

My question is whether I can attend the interview in Abu Dhabi embassy as I am working in Dubai. I sent a mail asking the same to US Embassy in Abu dhabi but no reply received.

Any body with similar status are requested to give me a reply.

I am working here for more than six months now. I heard that the consular processing is more faster than others

congrats at last u reach so close.

My wife's USC is by 2010 november i have to wait till then, if immigration reforms happen may be little early.

My mom and brother will be in Maimai in dece 13th wife is preganant and delivary is due in january

further in your case once ur wife gets USC. in three weeks u can get green card from Abu Dhabi Embassy
