processing on my case was started in july 2012, first step is ds-3032. now my case is complete and i am waiting for
the interview call. Often I/Ls are sent after 1st of each, so you are requested to pray for me.

Thanks aaydrian for the assurance. I know that you've been through rough times before you finally got your visa. Was it only you or both you and your father who was under AP ? Did you or your father visit other countries before the interview ? Just wondering what the AP for us is all about.

Sorry for the late response but it was both me and my father. The last place we visited was the US and that was in 2009.

My daughter is studying in US , she will continue but now she will be on immigration visa. My son will be back to his current school after getting I 551 stamp . We 3 Will come back and go to USA next year.

Interview Dates

Got interview dates 2 days back.
PD 5/12/2002
Interview date is 26/9/2013.

My name didnt show up in the interview list. Over 21. My fees were paid last year in april along with my mum dad and sister. CSPA seems to apply in my case and we have hired a lawyer but i m kind of tensed.
Anyone here with CSPA experience?

I m 21 right now. 22 this September. Approval was sometime around September 2009 afaik.
My visa fees ( don't know what it is called) were paid along with my family last year in April. I was not 21 at that time. However the email I received on 1st didn't have my name in it.
