Update
Just an update on my case. I scanned and emailed the civil documents 2 wks ago. Today I received an email from NVC that they are unable to process the documents as the embassy in Jamaica requires all forms and civil documents to be physically mailed to the NVC.
I am still awaiting the Police Records so when I receive those next week I will mail everything together. Will continue to update as we proceed.
Also, congrats to Abhinavp on your successful interview. Best wishes for the future.
Hope F3 will move forward in November bulletin.
Best regards

Do you know if all the Caribbean embassies will be like Jamaica and require that all documents be mailed physically to NVC ? I hope the Police records etc come quickly so that you can move on. Continue to keep us updated.
Best regards

I received an email which include a checklist ,saying i should send in the documents by mail along with a bar code sheet and the i864 form they are saying they dont receive it as yet mom is old so she need help to do it and a lawyer is charging her $250 to do the forms and the documents need so I guess she has too pay them as whatshe did was not acceptable.

Originally posted by Feb2003 View PostHi butter. Not ready for interview as yet but I am waiting to hear if Kamran will get his email for a November interview. None of the embassies in the Caribbean accept documents by email currently. The embassies listed on NVC website for electronic processing are: Jordan, Mexico, Syria, turmenistan and Yemen. Canada and China are optional. We fall outside of those countries so we wont be able to do electronic processing at this time. The aim is to have most countries on this list so maybe by your time things could change.

I'm not sure about this ds-3032 as my mother-in-law is the petitioner, I think we don't need that
I'm beneficiary, my wife is the principal applicant
My mather in law did everything from very beginning

Interview was fairly simple.
I went inside at around 7.15am and got the token H603 and waited and waited and waited
Then the lady at window no. 9 came and it was the only window which handled the H series so at around 8.30 my token flashed and she was kind of rude and clumsy too. My documents where already submitted so i just had to give her my medical reports and the passport delivery page i printed ( i m still worried that i made some mistake in that) and she asked me sit and wait for my turn. Then the longest wait of my life began. :| I waited till 11.15am or so. (( and then i was called for interview. The CO was young, mid 20s and didnt sound rude or anything.Told me to take oath and few signatures.Asked basic questions like my name, parent's name, grand parent's name, my parent's occupation and where my grand parent's live and who else lives with them and that's it. Yeah he also wished me happy bday :P and said me and my parent's visas where approved and it would take about a week for the visa to be ready and delivered along with our alien no. . And i left EXHAUSTED at around 11.30.
THEY DIDNT MENTION CSPA EVEN ONCE.
Today the status changed to issued on ceac so i guess i should receive my passport before the end of this week. Now how do i track my passport? I cant seem to find a proper site for tracking.

Thanks, Do you know when your mother-in-law receive the choice of agent? i believe its the first document you receive from USCIS before they start your process.
