Yeah our cspa got approved..but cspa cant be approved untill ur pd dont get current..

hi tabby.
can u plz guide me for my f3 case regarding cspa stuff.
My parents got their immigration process in progress but I am not included in it as i am 25 now though i am eligible under cspa for immigration as my cspa age is 17 years.
So when my parents' immigration process started I sent an email to NVC to include my name but they replied that they will consider me for cspa when my parents visa number will become available!!!!!!
So what is this visa number and when its available for my parents? Also guide me how the embassy ppl will include my name and at what stage???????

when ever ur parents PD becomes current means visa number is available for them.

my paarents pd will become current in 2 months so do u mean that visa number will be available at that time?
and visa number is available before interview?
Also i need to inform NVC that the visa number is availabe for my case so kindly insert my name with my parents for immigration process?

If you are under 21 years of age, you should send a copy of your birth cert to the NVC to be appended to parents' file as a derivative family member.

yes i am age out. i am 25 but my cspa age is 17 as the difference is 9 yeras and 3 months.

But i dnt know why this difference count in age.. Approved file depends on nvc. they r approve any time..

tats wiered but when file get approved they send an approval letter. But I am sure that they will ask ur parents for ur details and call u for iv as my 2 friends had same thing but they were called by visa officer and granted GC even though there were not cspa eligible. from which country u r?

write an email to nvc denoting that kindly consider you and your brother for immigration with your parents and thats it..

Does any of you have received Choice Of Agent recently?If yes what is your PD date?My parents have filed for me (F3) on October 2004, just wondering how advance they start sending documents(AOS, DS 230, Choice of agent, etc..) to my parents .

The DS-230 has been replaced by the DS-260, which must be completed online after the immigrant fee bill ($230) has been paid.
