    • CSPA mechanism

      Hi All,

Will anyone tell me how exactly the CSPA works ? What it is exactly ? Is it the time from filing the petition until the approval of the petition or the priority became current ? And what does mean by " priority date become current " ?
Kindly if anyone know anything about it , share with me your thoughts.

      -Thanks in advance

          • fiscal year 2015

Fiscal year 2015 is a very bad year for all f3s. From Oct 14-may 15, only 3 month movement. What a movement

                Hi Jess,

Keeping mind there is an average wait of 11 year 2 months approx. currently. You are likely to get your COA by May end or June 2015 and possibly visa by end December 2015. Our PD is 2007 we still have several years to wait....

                • Here is my logic,If ppl are not getting COA past July/August, most likely it means VISA dates are not going to move faster in FY15.

HI it seams that I am not suppose to be in these category but any of you have an idea of an EW visa? Does this visa mean that I can work to any employer?

I'm here to report the news and share the tip to those who've been waiting for the visas desperately.

Yesterday (20/02/2015), NVC officially opened F3 cases with priority date in July & August of 2004. Thus, if your case is in this range, you should contact NVC or your petitioner in USA immediately. Go go go!!!

For the ones with priority date in September, October, November, December of 2004 and later, here's the tip:
                                _Log on https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/.
_In "Immigrant" tab, choose "Fee Payment".
_Input your Case number & Invoice ID number --> Sign in.
_In "Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees" tab, you will see "Petitioner". As usual, if your case is not opened or not close to be opened yet, there will be no petitioner name under "Petitioner". Therefore, once you log on and see your petitioner name under "Petitioner", your case will be officially opened within 1 to 2 weeks.

                                Happy Lunar New Year!!!
Today i saw my petitioner's name written under petitioner. Therefore shall i assume that my case will be opened soon. And what will be the procedure now.
