same here. i have filled COA.and waiting for invoiced fees. m confused.is it 120$US or 88$??
Also my case is under CSPA. i have sent CSPA application to nvc for include my name in iv application from

same here. i didn't send any application NVC for including my name. Let know what happen with yours. I don't think they will include your name until your PD became current.

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can help or give me information on the following:

my pd is on sept 2005 my lawyer told me in about a year NVC would be contacting and that he calculates that in about a year my pd would be up to date. but since 2004 is moving so slow i dont know what to think. another question i have is that: can i ask for a turist visa meanwhile i wait for my pd to become current? or does this affect my case in anyway? it would be really helpful for the people that have gotten a COA letter comment and let us know what pd they are working on. just to give us an idea of how long this process can take for us PLEASE AND THANKS

NVC had invoiced for AOS fees in 2nd week of may and my petiotioner had paid $120 on 19th may.i have completed COA on 14th May i also recieved welcome letter, but they have still not invoiced IV fees yet

My Priority date is April 2004 for F3 from India. They completed my case in Dec 2014. However I am still waiting for my interview letter. When I called NVC they said i have to Waite for my priority date to be current in order to get interview date. I was wondering is that the case with you All ? please keep me posted.

Me and hemal case are a lil bit different from you. Because now our case is in CSPA review processing.. So i guess it will take 1 and half months or more. N then after week we will get welcome latter and AOS fees invoiced
