Hi guys,
I'm 21 years old, my parents have received welcome letter from NVC but my name isn't there, However i think I'm eligible under CSPA, so i made an inquiry to NVC more than two weeks ago but they haven't replied. What do you think should i do ? My parents have paid their IV fees :/

My PD is in March 2005, F3 visa, from India. I received welcome letter in Aug last year so now do your math

Hi All

Truly appreciate everyones hope and perseverance; that I have seen on this forum.


Like everyone I am F3 with PD June2005. Although I am eligible to file AOS but have not yet; given my current status of J1 Waiver as H1B which ends June 2016- and at that time I would file for AOS. With anyone willing to help, my queries are as under:

*How long has it been taking to get interviews after filing AOS?
*Can you get interview even with PD pending?
*How long after interview have people been getting GC?
*Any foresight if a PD of June 2005 could become current this year in 2016?
*Can some one post a complete timeline from AOS filing to GC!

My uncle filed I 30 petition for my father in 2004 under f4 cat **** y but I don't have any approved letter. I have recipt of that from uscis. Now while going through uscis case tracking it show that
Case Was Received At My Local Office
On June 2012, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxx at your local office.
My other uncle got their welcome letter and they have started their process so what to do now
