I received invoice via e mail for paying fees of US$ 404/- each.

tried to pay online, but payment is rejected.(out of USA )

Now log in page shows "in process"

Do not know how to pay??

Waiting for 3-4 days to sort out.

So let's have everyone's opinion on this.

Interview scheduled Dec 2010. Priorty date current as per Dec 2010 visa bulletin. But as per Jan 2011 visa bulletin retrogression. Would visa issuance be delayed and interview cancelled owing to retrogression?

Good Question Visjig. I would think it is only fair for them to issue the visa since the interview has already been schedule and the PD is/was current according to Dec 2010 VB. Retrogression is of Jan 2011 VB.. not right now. Until we get to Jan 2011..continue to issue visa based on the given scenario. Just my opinion.

Good point. My PD is feb 2009. Interview appt. Is dec 20...They should not Not include us in this big retrogression since we have interview appointment pls aupdate me vjsig

If u recently get ur Fee bill than wait for 3-4 days or week it will appear in ur favour so soon .........

AOS fee was paid by my brother in USA. I called NVC but the site is not run by them. I''ll call again on Monday.

I still can't understand how it happened that you cannot pay the same way. My IV fee has already been paid. I'm preparing my documents now.

BTW - visa was issued, no issues. You should have no problems as well.

Well I feel that if your interview is in say for e.g. Jan 2011 and the VB for Jan 2011 says that your priority date is not current (retrogressed) then that person will be affected by retrogression in the sense that officer will say that to come back when the PD is current.

I was not in the same boat, fortunately.
