We have different category but as far as i know they process visa same w/ all categories. I dont know where you up to on submitting all the requirements or if you case was approved and forwarded to nvc, or if your PD is currently active as of this month, i dont know if you are aware of the retrogression coming next month if your PD will be affected.my tip is whatever documents or letter they send you make actions right away and always send it w/ express mail to speed up the process of your visa application, do not delay sending all necessary documents every days and minutes counts...

TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE FINISHED THEIR INTERVIEW:
(mt, twins, nitz, etc)

I have some questions:

1. Do you have to wait for notification from NVC that you can already submit DS-230 and the civil documents before actually sending them ?

2. Did you submit both the original and photocopy of the documents?

3. Did you get back the original documents? When?

You dont need notification but need the barcode cover letter from NVC and then you can send DS-230 and civil docs.

Well to my recollection only originals I had submitted.

I got mine civil docs back at the interview and passport was couriered.

I have just send my DS-230 form as they want two sets one in original and one photo copy set its not our choice that what we are comfortable becouse if they get discomfort with us we dont get the immi... lol..... so get the extra sets of original documents and send them what they want......... that what i think

Police certificate received in UAE is valid for 3 months only.
I wonder will they ask to bring latest at the time of interview? What do you think?

Hi dsz! Are you physically in UAE? Are you a UAE national ? Just submit the police certificate that you will get now. If they ask that you bring another after expiry then just secure another police certificate.
