I know... I'm sorry it happened, but are you still in AP until now ? Pls update us.

I called dos one month before and a lady said that you are still in AP but it is very close to finish.
I also sent a e-mail to us embassy to know about my case update and in reply they said that the priority date of your case is not current so we cannot process this case now,nothing like AP was mentioned in that mail.
My petitioner called the dos yesterday to know any update but the gentleman at dos said still in administrative processing and we are not supposed to tell you every thing in detail.

I am little confused about my son's status as a child. He was interviewed with me and was given the benefit of CSPA, ask to sign not to marry affidavit until reaching USA, given oath,signed DS-230 part 2 in front of CO, signed military servise form , than told by the CO that you all are approved.
than AP and retrogression.

Now because of retrogression he will become 21 in december 2011.
will he still be fine for visa after the date becomes current again?

My Father received greencard in 1999 at that time my age is above 21 so I couldnt get the greencard and after my father entered to USA,he has again applied to me in unmarried son category after 1year I got married.my father become US Citizen in 2006,so could you please tell me what is the pririty date for me and when I will be in USA.

If you got married before your father became a US citizen your petition will automatically be revoked. He has to file a new petition for you in F3 category now that he is already a US citizen. Better file now because the clock ticks everyday.

Your category will be F3, PD is March 2006 (you can get exact PD date on the notice of approval). Current VB for F3 is Sept 2001 so it might take 5 or more years until you get a green card.
