@butter Butter, I agree with you that many people has benefited from CSPA since 2002. But based on statistics, It is highly likely that shayanzahid will not be able to benefit from CSPA unless some miracle happens. He should not give up hope, but also should not bet his life on it. He should explore other ways to settle.

Just don't want him and others to completely give up. My friend's daughter is 26 and they got thru in February. They didnt think it would have been possible, and at one point didnt want to go thru with it. Her actual age is 26 but the CSPA age made her 20 plus. Of course we must all leave room for disappointments , for all situations in life, ( in case if my mom dies, my case will be dead) but still at the same time, think positive.

we are not saying to give up , atleast he should have other options in hand if he will not get visa.
Your way of thinking is also right , one should be positive in any circumstances.
