For Those Who wanted to Know

My brother and his family had F3 Visa interview today at New Delhi Today.

In the interview, The officer asked few general questions like,

When did the petitioner immigrate to US?
Where and whom does the petitioner live with in US?
Who is the co-sponser and also asked about other siblings in the US?
When the petitioner met you last time?

In addition to medical report, My brother provided them
--Passport clearance certificate (PCC) ,
--Tax Transcript from IRS for the last year
--new copy of Affidavit of Support from petitioner and co sponser
(originally all documents were submitted 1.5 years ago at NVC).

My brother injured his two fingers couple weeks ago and had stitches on them, so they did not take his fingerprints. All other family members were fingerprinted.
The visa officer (American) has told him that his visa has been approved and gave him a letter. The letter states that " come back for finger printing any day at 8:30AM after your wounds are heeled. Bring all the passport with you).

He is planning to go back with-in two weeks.

so latest date on travel.state.gov was May 1 -2002 and already got interview letter for 27 April so its goes in advance right ??? my relatives F3 category with june 22 2002 ......................
dhira u have F3 category and april 10 2002 PD right ??? and what date u have interview ???
