How to contact Embassy

What's your priority date? It could be that you were affected by the retrogression so you may have to wait until you're current again to know anything.
Considering that you're Pakistani it could be that AP is still on going. I've heard of one husband being in AP for 4 years (Yemeni) the other for 8 years (anoter hostile Islamic country). Sorry don't know who you should contact. You can try to email the embassy/consulate with your problems and ask them what you should do or who to contact.

Eight months ago embassy told via email that your case is still under AP. Till now there is no contact to embassy. In the meanwhile in July my police certificate and medical has expired, but nobody at embassy contact me in this regard. Please tell me what to do now.
A reason AP takes long is when a lot of people have the same name and they need to find out who is the person they are actually searching for and when they do they then do the appropriate research into this person's background.
You can't speed up/rush/hurry/expedite AP. If you do you will be denied the visa. So EMAIL THE ISLAMABAD EMBASSY/CONSULATE to find out what you need to do. When it's time to get your visa they will tell you if you need to update your police record, medical or recent tax transcripts.F3

My son will be 21 in this coming 12 July 2013, and also my father in laws who petioned us is quite old and is sick now. If he died anyone knows how can we change alternative affidafit?, or is the petition automatically revoked?. When can I tell USCIS/NVC the situation that my son will turn 21 in order to speed up our visa process.
Thanks for any ideas,
Frank

2) When did USCIS approve your case? This will determine if CSPA will help your son go to the US.
3) With being so far behind from the current PD I don't think you will be able to expedite your case now but you should contact your US embassy/consulate to know exactly if and when you can get that expedite.
4) Now the situation with your father in law. I don't know the details BUT what I do know is that if the petitioner dies *BEFORE* USCIS approves your petition then the petition is void/revoked. If the petitioner dies *AFTER* then the beneficiaries may be able to get a humanitarian reinstatement of the petition where an immediate family member/in law acts as a substitute petitioner.
This person 'klast' did that and is in the US now. Send him a message to come on here to help you.

I am so sorry to hear about this news. I was hoping for good news about your interview letter. I suggest you to contact Klast, as you know that he has gone through this. If you are unable to contact him, go through his posts and contact a good immigration attorney for reinstating your petition on humanitarian basis.
Thanks
