Thank you Klast for your response, our case was approved in Jun 2009, while it will be current as you said in 19 months. I tried to explore in the internet that we can only write USCIS or NVC 60 days before my son turns 21, it means, I can write them in 12 May 2013 which is 19 - 7 = 12 months to go in order my PD will be current.
Do you think CSPA can help me with 12 months to be current?
