Got interview dates 2 days back.
PD 5/12/2002
Interview date is 26/9/2013.

My name didnt show up in the interview list. Over 21. My fees were paid last year in april along with my mum dad and sister. CSPA seems to apply in my case and we have hired a lawyer but i m kind of tensed.
Anyone here with CSPA experience?

I agree with you, last time i almost had an heart attack when f3 retrogate , but i hope for the best. 5 days to VB!!!

September 2013 Demand Data



We are expecting Department of State (DOS) to publish the September 2013 Demand Data between 1 PM - 4 PM ET. Demand data is used by DOS to calculate the monthly visa bulletin dates. If you are not familiar with demand data, please see this article: What is Demand Data?

As most of you know, DOS did not publish the August 2013 Demand Data.

September demand data would be VERY important for all EB categories (which are currently retrogressed).

September is the last month in FY 2013. All 158,000 (140,000 + 18,000 spillover from FB category) visas should be used up this month. Typically DOS moves dates forward in July/Aug VB and then slows down (or stops) forward movement in Sept VB; so that visas do not exceed the annual quota.

Nope, I have no calculation.

As I have read in this forum, people for January 2003 have received I/L so then Sept might indeed move to January 2003. Then again that will be a big jump. I really don't know all we can do is hope for the best. What bothers me is that there is somebody in this forum with priority date of Feb 2003 and they have not received any kind of documents, so until Feb 2003 tells us they have received documents, it's hard to even make a GUESSTIMATE.

From the way things are looking my thoughts are that the earliest we might be lucky to get an interview is Jan 2014. I hope I'm wrong and we can indeed get through this process latest Dec 2013.

My PD date is March 19 2003.
