Agent or attorney

I want to know that is there any requirement of appointing any agent or attorney(COA)?
my pd is 4rth apr 2003 and category is f3. Yet i have not received any paper.

Nothing, and it will be better to chose a person who is living in u.s. Copy your COA form from the email you received from national visa centre, fill it out and send back to n.v.c as an attachment thorugh e.mail, that is the fastest way to select an agent for you.

There are 342 visa available in f3 catagory in September at mumbai n there are 620 already available in this August so basically they gonna issued almost 1000 visa in just 2 months.. Its great news for us..! N i guess now it won't retrogression cuz this is unused visa from past years..! Keep faith guys..!

Yeah u can appoint any of ur relative as agent they'll receive ur every document from then..! N may be in a week or soon u'll receiev COA cuz one of our forum member puddy pd is 14th April 2003 already received COA ..! Try to contact Nvc on Monday n ask then about ur case they will give u all information related ur case..!

if you say that 1000 visa available in 2 months, then there will be more added for the new fiscal year oct 2013.
so there should be more movement in the month of Oct hopefully!!!
