One question that my daughter will become 16 (one of my derivatives) on 17th november 2013, will she need a police certificate. The interview letter at one place says that all member will need a police certificate if they are older than 16 yr and at another place under document requirement of my daughter they say against the police certificate code (F) which means that-NVC does not request this document.

I am planning to make one for her and keep it in the bag in case they ask for it..In my country it is very easy to make police certificate.

I wish you all the best on the interview Kamran and thanks for updating us. Yes, I think it is a good idea to have the Police Ref. for your daughter at the interview just in case they ask for it.

My passport states cspa and i have to accompany my mum..
We are planning to enter usa in november. DAMN THE WEATHER !!
I am still confused about seek to acquire clause in CSPA though !

Under annotation it says valid only if acc/ftj mother.
Pl 107-208 . Child status protection act.


I m leaving on 23 November and be back in first week of December and then go back again in July end and stay for 2+ months coz of my college I don't get any holidays whatsoever. Will this be a problem ? I don't have the time to apply for a reentry permit but I maybe able to do it in July.
