I received my COA back in October 2009. Then in March 2010, another letter stating stating that this letter contains instructions for processing the immigrant visa case for....... We have received all necessary Immigrant Visa fees for this case, and to follow instruction at the Department of State Website: . Then in Nov 2010 a third letter stating that, because of recent change in my classification or change in the dates used to begin the visa application process, visa numbers are not presently available for your visa category.

From the begin I was filed under the F3 category, but I guess there was an error with my early processing.

Question.... I already submmitted all civil documents, paid my visa bill, summited my COA and my AOS. Do I have to redo any of these processing again, has this happened before? Thanks

There might be some problem..still try to call them n confirm it..n from which country ur? May be there might be less requirement of visa number so u got in process early..its weird havent heard any situation like this..so call Nvc n ask them too.. Good luck buddy..

You will have to submit a new police certificate as the one you sent before has expired (they are valid for a year) ,the fee is there so you wont have to pay again (make sure you have your receipt or conformation of payment) COA will remain once you have not change address and the AOS will have to be redone as they will need the most recent one . Looking for Job

Hello everyone,

What is the best way to find a job in the US. If we know that in 1 or 2 months we'll immigrate to the US, Can we start applying for a job in the US, thru internet or put our Resume in the Placement Service or any other?, or should we wait until we arrive there. Can anyone share their experience?

I have been scouting the job market in the area I plan to live in the US using the internet. So far I see jobs available in my field but I am waiting until after the interview to actually apply for a job. In this time of technology the world is at our fingertip. We can do Skype interview and videochats etc. So go ahead and start feeling out the job market online.
