Original Doc. that we sent to NVC

Hello,

My friend told me that we have to bring the original of civil documents to the interview. I said as far as I know US NVC will send them all to our country US embassy and returned them all back to us in the interview. No he said his brother which is claimed by his son in the US, civil document sent by NVC to petitioner in US then petioner will send it to Jakarta to his father.

Anyone knows how it goes?.

My grandmother filled for my mom a petition under F3 catogry in septmber 2004
It wad aprroved in December 2009
So our proirty date in septmber 2004
1-How long approximately can we expect to wait

2- my birthday is 17/4/1989
Im considered a derevitive beneficiary from my mom
So until when the CSPA will protect me like what is the deadline for me?

We are under F3 all other countries

it should be soon, but i believe interview will be when your PD is current, it seems still 1.7 month left for sept 2003. hopping for next VB.

I called Nvc, and waited 40 min, and got the very good news, my case has been completed... Now waiting for interview schedule......... Pd is 13 aug 2003
