Hi everyone,

I'm here to report the news and share the tip to those who've been waiting for the visas desperately.

Yesterday (20/02/2015), NVC officially opened F3 cases with priority date in July & August of 2004. Thus, if your case is in this range, you should contact NVC or your petitioner in USA immediately. Go go go!!!

For the ones with priority date in September, October, November, December of 2004 and later, here's the tip:
_Log on https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/.
_In "Immigrant" tab, choose "Fee Payment".
_Input your Case number & Invoice ID number --> Sign in.
_In "Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees" tab, you will see "Petitioner". As usual, if your case is not opened or not close to be opened yet, there will be no petitioner name under "Petitioner". Therefore, once you log on and see your petitioner name under "Petitioner", your case will be officially opened within 1 to 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for this information. I did sign in that website which is given by you. I saw all name like petitioner, spouse child name. But i didn't see my petitioner name under petitioner tab. My pd is 17 sep2004.what's that mean?? Also what do you think when will i get COA.??
Please help me.Anything new about cspa aged out child.?

I don't have NVC welcome letter, they didn't contact me, i didn't pay anything...how i suppose to have ID invoice number,
I only have Case number after NVC receive approved petition from USCIS..

Also, as I know, many F3 cases with PD after April 2004 have received their COA already: May & June (20/08/2014) then July & August (20/02/2015).

You're on the right track! You should frequently log on that page to check the petitioner name. When you see the petitioner name under the tab, you'll get the COA within 1-2 weeks. I guest your case (september 2004) & mine (december 2004) will be opened in 2-3 months. We should be prepared from now on.
For the CSPA, I haven't heard any news on it.

Don't be panic! NVC might sent the Welcome Letter to the petitioner but not us. I also haven't received any Welcome Letter from them, only the approval notice from USCIS just like you. Now, you should follow what I said, loging on this automatic NVC connection page http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...t/ask-nvc.html , filling your information in the blanks, waiting for almost 60 US working days (~2 months) for their reply and in the reply, they will give you your Invoice ID number.

In which letter from NVC my name should include for giving myself assurance that i'll get the visa ?
