Some other website mentioned that some ppl with pd Sept 2004 were contacted by nvc and received letter asking their home and email address,i guess you need to call them up to find out what is going on

ceac.state.gov in this website under the fee payment tab after login first our petitioner name will be added then after one week of that we'll receive COA . I got this info from some F4 cases friends.
Currently, My petitioner name is not showing. I think we need to wait a little bit .

Adding a new child to my case

Hello All,

Thanks for the great information on this forum. I'd appreciate if someone would help me with this question:-
I have i-130 approved (US Citizen filing for a married son - my father (US Citizen) filing the petition for me). The i-130 includes myself, spouse and 1 kid. I'm expecting another kid. My questions is:- would adding the new child delay my case (starting from scratch) with a new priority date?

just send photocopy of birth certificate and Passport of new born along with your cover letter showing case number to add baby as derivative.
Priority Date will remain same.

Thanks a lot Hassan. Should I submit g-325a form for the new kid (in addition to the birth certificate and passport copy)?

CSPA and Interview

I have just received interview letter for my F3 case. My GrandParent applied F3 case for us and we are total 6 family mebers. I am over 21 and my name has been listed in the eligible candidates for this case in the interview letter. So my question from all of you is that have CSPA done his part ? And will I get the visa with my family members or is there still anything to fear about ?

@RafaoNY Our priority date is October 2000. Our case got suspended for 4 years. Then my uncle again filed this case as a co-petitioner.

I know person from my country (Serbia) F3 with PD january 2004. that completed interview at april 1st, 2015 (case completed feb, 4th, 2015)...my PD - november 2004....no COA, no nothing...will i get COA at least in any month of 2015..just to be in current year...Thanks
