I just sign in in ceac website. In fees payment, my petitioner name is hide now. I saw petitioner name in AOS tab yesterday n it was there.now it's hide. My pd sep 2004. Plz help me

My DS-261 is now available in the ceac . It's there since today's evening. They have mentioned about some technical issue in viewing DS-261(COA). You might have faced that issue.

No Agent or Attorney Selected START APPLICATION.
still not received welcome latter. can we start application processing from now?
another question:
can you check your petitioner name in fee payment tab. coz my petitioner name is hide. there is only applicant name. i saw last week but now it is hide now. plz reply

mine is also hidden but don't worry . We can start application now. No need to wait for welcome letter. I think welcome letter will take more time (atleast month) to receive.

Guys, i called today NVC and representative gave me Invoice ID number - so when i sign up on https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspxi, i see names of myself, my wife and kids, but no petitioner name....what it mean...am i close to COA or not?
And 15 minutes later i cannot see any name, just "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error"...what is going on? PD - nov, 8th 2004

i am very confused.m happy if please anyone help me. my case is open now and ready for filling ds-261.but i am over 21. my age is 24+.and my brother age is 22+.the gap between filled and approved date is only 1 years.so as per CSPA, i can get only one year benefit.

anyone heard that like someone got visa over CSPA age. please share with me if anyone heard.

they will understand my situation and approve me and my bro visa? any chance for me n my bro ?



one of my friend told me that it's only depend on CO.they can approve your visa ? is it true ?

i have completed my COA last week, but Fee is not invoiced yet. I'm not sure how much time it will take.

same here. i didn't send any application NVC for including my name. Let know what happen with yours. I don't think they will include your name until your PD became current.
