I got my I-130 approval, and NVC finally sent me a bill. Now I have to make a decision about appointing an agent for her. My question is:
Since I am staying with her in Pakistan, hopefully till she gets her interview, is it a good idea to represent her as her agent? My assumption is that acting as her agent would allow me to accompany her to the interview (not a bad idea since I am here anyway). Or is it better if I let her represent herself (she can communicate very well), and help her with the paperwork?
2. Anyone keeping track of the interview timeframe at the islamabad embassy?
