Hi. My parents are citizens and they filed for me as an unmarried daughter. My I-130 is current now and I can now apply for I-485 to adjust my status. I am currently on H1-B visa. I recently got engaged.
Question:
(a) How can my fiance also file for I-485 so that he can get his GC simultaneously? He is currently on F1 visa.
(b) Can anyone other than my parents fill the affidavit of support form? Or can I show my own income and will that suffice? My parents don't work.
(c) While I-485 is being processed, can I go out of US? My H1-B is valid until 2011.
