what happenned to the G325A form?

what happenned to the G325A form?

hello everybody!

The G325A seems to only have two pages now...even though they still say "number of page : 4" on the uscis... what do you think? Should i just print these two and thats it..?

It replicates the information provided on page 1 automatically and prints all 5 pages when printed.
