help with petition for spouse and mother!!

hi gurus..
i have question about sponsoring my spouse and my mother, after getting my citizenship when can i file for them? do i need to wait till i get the passport or after getting the naturalization certificate it self is enough to petition for them.

you can file for them right away, you dont need your passport to file for their petitions.
