Where was this filed? Both California and Vermont are running at 5 months. Your petition is way over due, and I would call asap to check. I wouldn't pay a whole lot of attention to the processing times online though. According to those, my husband still has to wait like 5 years for the petition his Mom filed for him (5 years ago) to be approved. It was approved last week... ironically only a few weeks after the I-130 AND K3 I filed for him were approved... go figure.

      I-130 processing times

      DEAR LEXIMSTL

AS PER USCIS WEB SITE CALIFORNIA AND VERMONT SERVICE CENTERS SHOWING PROCESSING TIME FOR I-130 AS 5 MONTHS.

WHY TEXAS AND NEBRASKA ARE NOT SHOWING THE SAME IN PROCESSING TIME TABLE. THESE SC'S ARE NOT PROCESSING I-130's ?

THEN WHICH OFFICE IS PROCESSING I-130 FOR TEXAS AND NEBRASKA

      ANY IDEA?

My petition was orginally filed at Texas S.C then a few years ago they sent me a letter informing me that my case was transferred to California S.C . I think all the I-130's were tranferred to California and Vermont.
