Hey guys,
I have done my medical examination and im getting married next week. We want to file the papers as soon as we get back so I can start working coz living on one paycheck is really difficult.
1. Are these the only forms i need to fill out? G-325A, I-130, I485, I-693, I-765, I864? Why is it G-325A and not the G-325?
2. How do you send it? Do I put everything, including my medical exam report and the money orders all in one big envelope? Do I send the $80 as a seperate moeny order with the biometrics form or is all the amounts included?
3. How do I send the money? Seperate money orders or one big one?
4. Are there any certain ways of filing the forms and sending it? Should I make it into a booklet or just staple together? Should I type it out or fill by hand?
5. I really dont know the EXACT procedure coz I have friends that did it and both did it different. One used a lawyer and one did it personal. Everybody I ask tells me different. Please help me and tell me EXACTLY how I should file and send the money orders please.
How long does this take? I need to start working ASAP. If you can, please answer all my Q's. I dont know how to do this.
