Hello,
I would like to know what takes longer. A father who is a (US Citizen), doing a petition for a son who is outside the country and is a minor? or a grandfather who is also a (US CItizen) and who would like to do the petition for his grandson that's outside the country and is also a minor? which way would it be faster.
Also if the father doesn't want to do the petition and the grandfather wants to, can the grandfather do it??
