Hi,
Am petitioning my parents for GC. I am filing for separate I-130's for them. And since they are here in the US (as visitors on B2 visa), they will be applying for AOS. We are now filling up I-485 and in Part 3B, they need to fill spouse and children and specify whether they are applying with them.
Since I am applying for parents separately with separate I-130 and they each need to fill out I-485, does that mean that they answer "no" to the question on whether their spouse is applying with them? E.g. for my Dad's I-485, Part 3B, he put my Mom as his spouse, and for the question on whether she is applying with him, he says "no"? Same for my mom?
