to file for citizen or not?
hello.
my wife and kids i130s have been approved last march and their priority date is on october 2005 and the latest visa bulletin indicates that they're processing april 2005. does anybody know the timeframe i should be expecting for them to reach oct 2005?
i've just met the residency required to file for citizenship. it was my plan to apply so i could upgrade their petition but now that it is already at the dept of state and is ongoing, i don't know what the best course of action is.
whether to wait for the dept of state to process visas or file n400 and upgrade the petition?
please help!
