Hi, I need your help as I am very new to all immigration procedures in US. I am currently a green card holder; I was issued a Immigrant Visa by the US Embassy in Albania on DEC 2007 (Visa DV1 - lottery) and I am resident in US since MAY 2008. I got married with my wife before living for US; I would really like her to join me in US and live with her asap.
I read somewhere she could take advantage of following to join benefits: is it true? if so if you could give me all the necessary information on how to request them or indicate me guides and/or useful links in this regards?
