Will Divorce Lead to Deportation?

Hi,

I'm having marital problems that might lead to divorce. Been married for 2 years, filed for green card about 1 year ago. Awaiting 1st interview. If it comes to divorce and I have to withdraw the case, what options are there to avoid deportation? Do i get to keep my current working permit? If at some point i'd refile with a new person would I get a new working permit with a new expiration date or would i keep my old one?

Are there any Immigration lawyers working pro-bono?

Unless there has been documented case of domestic violence, if it comes to divorce, you lose everything. No work permit any more and you will have to leave the country immediately.
