I have some basic questions about sponsorship of parents.
1. Which is a better option. To sponsor them while they are in India or while they are in US on visitor visa?
2. If I file while they are on visitor visa in US, what happens when the I-94 expires? Do they have to leave US or can they stay as the application is in process?
3. I read about the healthcare and seems like they won't be eligible for any medicare/medicaid plans. I would like to know from fellow members about their experiences with the insurance they bought. I am looking for feedback from someone who actually had to go thru a claim process.
