On September 14, 2005, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

The petitoner has received d form I-797,Notice of Action but the applicant(beneficiary)has not yet received DS-3032 form..

so what should be done now??

what is the next process??

so when are v xpected 2 get the greencard....as the petition is of 1999..is it goin to take another 1 yr??and what if v cross 21 yrs of age...??

If you are from all Chargeability Areas, China or India the PD is Feb. 99.
When it comes to PDs you need to be very specific and the month of the year becomes very important. I would say you have just about one year to finish line if your PD is in the year 1999 depending on how close or far away you are from Feb. 99 PD announced in VB.
Please try to read on CSPA if you are turning 21 to learn more about this option. Last but not least, consulting a lawyer may be to your advantage at this point.
