please help me completing the applicaton I-485, and also i have a question about the fee. here are the questions,


1. IN FORM 765 WHAT SHOULD I GIVE FOR 16 AND 17?
(i am filing famiy based GC not employment based)


2. AND ALSO I READ SOME WHERE IN THE FOURM THAT I DONT HAVE TO PAY FEE FOR I-131 AND I-765 IF I AM FILING THESE WITH I-485 IS IT TRUE.

What are 16 and 17? Take time to write or ask your questions in full. The forum members would not have the patience to open up form 765, look up the questions and answer.

sorry about it, i was little busy while posting the question, well anyway thank you for the link, i now went over the instructions and got the answer to my question on I765,but need a small clarification on the fee part, and form I 131, and I-485.

* is it true that i don't have to pay for I-131 and I-765 if i am filing them along with I-485? or should i treat each applications as individual forms and pay the fee for each of them? i read this on this forum only in I-485 under fee payment section.

* in form I 131 in part one 3rd question is CLASS OF ADMISSION, what should i give here?

* in form I 485 in part 3 there is a question about 1.nonimmigrent visa number 2. visa issue date 3. visa was issued in which consulate, 4.in which status did you last enteR (Visitor,student, exchange alien, crewman, temporary worker ETC) i entered into USA on B1 and converted to H1b, so now what should i answer for these questions?

the form I-485 (costs $1010) will cover for the I-765 and I-131. You can confirm that by reading on the cover page to download that form at the USCIS website.

I do not know about your other questions.
