I appreciate all help you can provide, I am filling the I-751 my green card expires on Jan-2010 and I would like to know if in part 1 goes my single name or my married name, the same question is in part 3, I saw a 1-751 sample in this site but it did not help me.

Please, just help me with some questions, I really need to know if is there any sequence to complete my I-751 documentation, and about the photos that I have to include, photos where we are together or passport photos?.....thanks

This is sufficient if its a bona fide marriage in the following order:
1. Form I-751 (attach the check here for USCIS fee)
2. Copy of Certified Marriage Certificate.
3. Copy of conditional Green Card front and back.
4. Copy of most recent joint tax return
5. Copy of joint lease agreement or joint mortgage agreement
6. Copy of most recent joint bank statement
7. Copy of joint utility bills (Gas, electric, cable, etc.)
