what is considered STAND-ALONE I-130 vs. Completed I-130
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi everyone,
Sorry to ask this question, but I have read every thread regarding I-130 and i'm still confused.
as a GC holder I'm applying for a GC formy husband who is abroad.
we filled out I-130 and G-325a, and we're gonna send a few documents to show our "bona fide" marriage along these forms.
in USCIS website they use 2 words : STAND-ALONE I-130 and completed
I-130 with 2 different address to send the package. I didn't see anyone in this forum sending just I-130 form without anything else.every thread that I saw there were other forms such as G-325a, Adj. of status or documents proving their petition. So it seems to me we don't have STAND-ALONE I-130 case at all.
1-is my case considered Completed I-130?
Thanks for any clarification
