I-130 and G325A

Hello
I have a question regarding G325A. Would I (beneficiary) need a police clearance certificate if I had stayed more than six months in the USA because I have to put all my addresses during past 5 years

I searched for this information but could not find a satisfactory answer. Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know, u will not need the police clearance upon submission of I 130 and G325A. U will need that when u apply for the VISA itself and not for the petition but i don't think it's necessary if you lived there for less than a year.

"Applicants aged 16 years and older must also present police certificates from other countries where they have lived for one (1) year or more after reaching the age of 16."
