immigration status of parents having us born child

Hi, I am seeking legal advise on following question.

I am in US from last 3 years on L1 Visa. My son is born in US few months back.
Does US Law have any provisions for parents to stay in US to take care of US born child.

My doubt is do we have something same as PIO card issued by US Govt to parents of child born in US to stay and work in US

Just because you had a child born in the US who is US citizen, it does not give you any rights to stay in the US.

After your child is at least 21 years of age, and starts making enough money to support you, he can sponsor you with family based green card and then you can come.

Until then, you will have to find your own way to be present in the US.
